To Get Married In Florida You Need To Obtain A Marriage License

 

Out Of State Residents Requirements

If you are coming to Florida for your beach wedding you can get your marriage license by going to one of the Florida county clerk offices.

Both the bride and groom must have a valid photo ID like a drivers license or state identification card. Their is no waiting period to get your license.

You can apply for your marriage license in any county in the state of Florida. Each marriage license is valid for 60 days for you to get married.

If you have been married before you will need the date of the divorce and may need your certified copy of the filed divorce order.

You must be the legal age of 18 or older. No blood test is required in the state of Florida.

You must be the legal age of 18 or older. No blood test is required in the state of Florida. 

Their is a 3 day waiting period for Florida residence unless you take a premarital course.
